Southern Madison County in central Mississippi...
* Until 730 PM CDT
* At 433 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen, especially over western Canton and northwest of
Madison. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Madison, Ridgeland, Canton, Annandale, Gluckstadt, Sharon
and Way.
Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area.

At 506 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Up to two to three inches of rain have already fallen.
Emergency management reported flash flooding occurring with some
areas with standing water in the Gluckstadt area near Yandell Road.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHERN MADISON COUNTY...
At 633 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding earlier
in Gluckstadt area near Yandell Road where there were some areas
with standing water near Church and Yandell Road near Highway 51.
Also a road was covered in water in the Fieldstone Subdivision.
Public reported water was also covering the road earlier at the
intersection of Bozeman Road and Reunion Parkway. Up to three inches
of rain fell in storms earlier in only around an hour. Flash
flooding is already occurring.

and Way.
