* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Martin County in southwestern Indiana...
  Central Daviess County in southwestern Indiana...

* Until 915 AM EDT

* At 608 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms training 
  across the same areas and producing heavy rainfall. Doppler radar 
  estimated that up to 3 inches had fallen since 5 am EDT along the 
  Daviess-Martin County line north of Loogootee. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Shoals, Loogootee, Odon, Plainville, Montgomery, Cannelburg,
  Roland, West Boggs Lake and Lacy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

occurring in Loogootee with multiple roads under water. Up to three 
inches of rain have already fallen. Additional flooding is likely 
occurring across the warned area
