* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Vigo County in west central Indiana...
  Northern Sullivan County in southwestern Indiana...
  Southwestern Clay County in west central Indiana...
  Northwestern Greene County in southwestern Indiana...

* Until 415 AM EDT

* At 116 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms continuing to 
  move across the warning area and produce heavy rain. Doppler radar 
  estimated that 3 to 4 inches of rain had fallen across southern 
  Vigo...southern Clay and northern Sullivan Counties since earlier 
  last evening. Additional storms approaching from eastern Illinois 
  may produce another inch or two of rain through 230 AM EDT. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Linton, Sullivan, Jasonville, Shelburn, Prairie Creek, Farmersburg,
  Dugger, Clay City, Hymera, Fairbanks, Graysville, Coalmont, Pimento
  and Vicksburg.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

At 247 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had ended across 
the warned area.  Flash flooding is already occurring with rainfall 
estimates of 4 to 5 inches of rain since last evening.

Linton, Sullivan, Jasonville, Shelburn, Prairie Creek, Farmersburg,
Dugger, Clay City, Hymera, Fairbanks, Graysville, Coalmont, Pimento
and Vicksburg.
