* At 344 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Decatur, Chatham, Alexander, Mount Zion, Rochester,
  Forsyth, Bement, Cerro Gordo, Harristown, New Berlin, Long Creek,
  Waverly, Macon, Illiopolis, Oreana, Loami, Niantic, Franklin and
  Mechanicsburg.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 55 between mile markers 91 and 98.
 Interstate 72 between mile markers 63 and 66, between mile markers
81 and 106, and between mile markers 113 and 150.
