Southern Clay County in south central Illinois...
* Until 330 AM CDT
* At 1233 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen in western Clay County. Flash flooding is expected
to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Olney, Flora, Lawrenceville, Sumner, Clay City, St. Francisville,
Noble, Xenia, Parkersburg, Claremont, Calhoun, Schnell, Oskaloosa,
Billett, Helena, Mount Carmel Airport, Berryville and Olney Noble
Airport.
Additional rainfall amounts of one to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
