tornado was located 5 miles northwest of Maxton, or 7 miles
northeast of Laurinburg, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.

NORTHEASTERN ROBESON COUNTY...
At 625 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located between Red Springs and Antioch, moving northeast at 30
mph. This storm will move along the northern Robeson county line and
possibly affect Lumber Bridge and Parkton.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
