* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Lauderdale County in northwestern Alabama...
  Northwestern Limestone County in north central Alabama...

* Until 1245 PM CST
    
* At 1210 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Rogersville, or 15 miles east of Florence,
  moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Rogersville around 1215 PM CST. 
  Athens around 1235 PM CST. 

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Cartwright, Coxey, Oliver, Mt Rozell and Anderson.

At 1223 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles northeast of Rogersville, or 12 miles northwest
of Athens, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL LAUDERDALE AND NORTHWESTERN
LIMESTONE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1245 PM CST...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However small hail
and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 600 PM CST for north central
and northwestern Alabama...and Middle Tennessee.
