The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Laurens County in Upstate South Carolina...
  Central Union County in Upstate South Carolina...

* Until 330 PM EDT
    
* At 253 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 12 miles southwest of Union, or 4 miles southwest of
  Rose Hill State Park, moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Rose Hill State Park around 300 PM EDT. 
  Buffalo around 320 PM EDT. 
  Union and Monarch Mill around 330 PM EDT. 

Other locations impacted by this dangerous thunderstorm include Cross
Keys and Sedalia.
