* At 150 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles southeast of Monroe, or 4 miles south of
  Wingate, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located 11 miles east of Monroe, or 4 miles north of Marshville,
moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
