* At 423 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles southeast
  of Uptown Charlotte, or near Matthews, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and minor damage to roofs and 
           siding.
