  Northwestern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...

* Until 430 PM MDT
    
* At 357 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 13 miles north of Flagler, moving north at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northwestern Kit Carson County.

NORTHWESTERN KIT CARSON COUNTY...
    
At 402 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 14 miles southwest of Cope, or 14 miles north of 
Flagler, moving north at 15 mph.  Radar indicating a second possible 
tornado with this storm five miles to the southeast.

HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Kit Carson County.
