was located 4 miles northwest of Oakley, moving southeast at 10
mph. This replaces the previous tornado warning.
HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter.

At 646 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles southeast of Monument, or 10 miles southwest of
Oakley, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and baseball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. At approximately 530 pm mdt, a
storm chaser reported a funnel near Monument Rocks.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Logan County.
