The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Yavapai County in west central Arizona...
* Until 845 PM MST
* At 550 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
very heavy rain across the warned area, including Congress and
portions of Highways 89, 71, and 93. A large area has already
received 1 to 1.5 inches of rain with additional heavy rain likely
through 630 PM MST. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Congress and Yava.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM MST FOR
YAVAPAI COUNTY...
At 724 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has moved out
of the warning area with only light rain continuing at this time.
Radar indicated a large area received 1.00 to 1.50 inches of rain
earlier this evening from just north of Wickenburg to Congress, and
the Date Creek drainage in west central Yavapai County. Flash
flooding is likely along Date Creek in mainly rural areas.

The heavy rain has ended over the warning area including Congress
