* At 440 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Hastings, or 18 miles south of Valley City, moving
  northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.

  Kathryn around 450 PM CDT.
