SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Also 60 to 70 mph straight line
winds were reported 1 mile west of Felton MN at 848 PM CDT.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage

likely.
