...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a High
Wind Warning...which is in effect until 2 AM CDT Wednesday.

* WINDS...Southeast 35 to 50 mph with localized gusts up to 60 
  mph.

* TIMING...through 2 am

* IMPACTS...Wind gusts occasionally to 55 mph will occur to the 
  north side of the convective thunderstorm complex moving through
  northwestern Minnesota.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has cancelled the
High Wind Warning.

The period of wind gusts over 60 mph in the Hallock and Lancaster
MN areas has ended and the high winds did not spread any farther
east into Roseau county. With the threat for damaging winds over,
the high wind warning has been cancelled.
