* At 659 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Thomaston, Hamilton, Talbotton, Manchester, Waverly Hall, Warm
  Springs, Woodland, Junction City, Sunset Village, Lincoln Park,
  Goat Rock Lake, Ellerslie, Cataula, Baughville, Flint Hill,
  Sprewell Bluff State Park, Mountain Hill, Sunnyside, Prattsburg and
  Hannahs Mill.

Additional rainfall amounts up to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.
