  Western Carroll County in northwestern Georgia...

* Until midnight EDT

* At 600 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Carrollton, Bowdon, Mount Zion, Roopville, John Tanner State Park,
  Lowell, Bowdon Junction and Tyus.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat at this time. In total, between 3 and 5 inches of rainfall 
occurred in northwest Carroll county, with locally higher amounts.
