* Until 730 PM EST

* At 131 PM EST, emergency management officials reported heavy rain
  across the warned area resulting in multiple roads covered with 
  water. Another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is possible on top of a 
  previous 4 to 5 inches from yesterday. Flash flooding is expected 
  to continue.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lyons, Vidalia, Lumber City, Uvalda, Santa Claus, Alston, Towns,
  Center, Toombs Central, Ohoopee, New Branch, Spring Hill,
  Ponderosa, McNatt Falls, South Thompson, English Eddy, Grays
  Landing, Rock Springs, Cedar Crossing and Johnson Corner.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
