...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN KINNEY AND
NORTHEASTERN MAVERICK COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned 
areas of Kinney and Maverick Counties. Therefore, the warning has 
been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CST for
south central Texas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM CST
FOR NORTHERN DIMMIT...UVALDE AND ZAVALA COUNTIES...

At 824 PM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles south of Reagan Wells to near Loma Vista,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. 

Locations impacted include...
Uvalde, Crystal City, La Pryor, Batesville, Sabinal, Laguna, Knippa,
Chula Vista-River Spur, Blewett, Concan, Washer, Las Colonias, Uvalde
Estates, Cometa, Dabney, Montell, Cline, Garner State Park, Reagan
Wells and Utopia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread
significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately
likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant
property damage.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

40 mph.
