* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Kinney County in south central Texas...
  Maverick County in south central Texas...

* Until 1030 PM CST

* At 736 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers and 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall across Maverick and Kinney 
  counties. Some portions of Kinney and Maverick counties have 
  already received anywhere from 1 to 3 inches of rain. Additional 
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible across the warned 
  area. Flash flooding is likely.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Eagle Pass, Brackettville, Spofford, Quemado, El Indio, Paloma,
  Rosita South, Darling, Amanda, Anacacho, Alamo Village, Radar Base,
  Standart, Rosita North, Normandy, Las Quintas Fronterizas, Turkey
  Mountain, Eidson Road, Farias Lake and Laughlin Afb Aux Field.
