* At 131 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Del Rio, Amistad Village, Lake View, Box Canyon-Amistad, Val Verde
Park, Cienegas Terrace, Laughlin AFB, and Rough Canyon Rec Area.
Additional rainfall amounts of two inches are possible in the warned
area.

NORTHWESTERN KINNEY AND SOUTHEASTERN VAL VERDE COUNTIES...
At 532 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in the
city of Del Rio. Although the heavy rain has ended. Multiple roads
in downtown Del Rio were closed with multiple inches of water
flowing over some of the roads. Flash flooding is expected to
continue through the next couple hours.
