heavy rain across the warned area. 4 to 6 inches of rain have
fallen including 1 to 3 inches in the past 3 hours. Flash flooding
is occuring or expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cameron, Smithville, Plattsburg, Lathrop, Gower, Trimble, Polo,
Holt, Osborn, Kingston, Kidder and Turney.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
