* Winds...west 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Timing...Now through the afternoon.

* Impacts...Difficult travel conditions, especially for high
  profile vehicles. Light weight unsecured objects outside, as
  well as objects loosened by recent storm winds, may also easily
  be blown around.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 mph or greater are
expected, which can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.  Use extra caution if you are traveling.

The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has cancelled the
Wind Advisory.

West to southwest winds are brisk across the previous advisory 
area, but still falling short of advisory criteria. Thus the wind
advisory has been cancelled early. Winds will still gust up to 35
MPH through sunset, then the winds will diminish.
