was located near Springbrook, or 8 miles northeast of Maquoketa,
moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Trained spotters reported a
rotating wall cloud 6 miles southeast of Andrew around 831
pm.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without

likely.

CARROLL AND SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore the warning has been allowed to expire. However small hail
and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
