* At 656 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado
  was located near Prairieburg, or 12 miles north of Anamosa, moving
  northeast at 25 mph.

  This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW! 

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado. 

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris

AND SOUTHEASTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore the warning has been allowed to expire.  However small hail
and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northeastern
and east central Iowa.
