* At 402 PM CST, a confirmed tornado was located over Camanche, or
  near Clinton, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Clinton, Fulton, Garden Plain and East Clinton around 415 PM CST.

cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.  

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CST for northwestern
Illinois...and east central Iowa.
