Southeastern Warren County in west central Illinois... Northeastern McDonough County in west central Illinois... * Until 215 AM CDT * At 819 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bushnell, Roseville, Avon, Good Hope, Prairie City, Bardolph, Little Swan Lake, New Philadelphia, Walnut Grove, Macomb Municipal Airport, Scottsburg, Swan Creek, Youngstown, Prairie City Airport and Spring Lake. At 916 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in the Prairie City area in McDonough County. Up to three to four inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
