* At 405 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 4 miles north of Isabel, or 12 miles southeast of
Pratt, moving northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
