  Northwestern Comanche County in south central Kansas...
  Southeastern Clark County in southwestern Kansas...

* Until 530 PM CDT
    
* At 457 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 10 miles southeast of Acres, or 11 miles south of
  Ashland, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Sitka around 515 PM CDT. 
  Protection around 525 PM CDT. 
  Coldwater around 530 PM CDT.

At 511 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 3 miles southeast of Sitka, or 8 miles southwest of
Protection, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.
