* Until 1030 PM CDT

* At 728 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain flooding roadways in Kinsley. Up to one inch 
  of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Larned, Kinsley, Lewis, Offerle, Garfield, Rozel, Ash Valley,
  Sanford, Frizell and Fort Larned Historic Site.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
