  warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly. Up to another 1 to 2 inches 
  is possible. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Kinsley, Saint John, Stafford, Macksville, Lewis, Garfield, Iuka,
  Preston, Hudson, Belpre, Byers, Trousdale, Hopewell, Neola,
  Dillwyn, Centerview, Zook, Zenith, Fellsburg and Little Salt Marsh
  at Quivira Refuge.
