The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Duval County in south central Texas...
  East central Webb County in south central Texas...

* Until 930 PM CST
    
* At 854 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 13 miles east of Callaghan, or 17 miles southeast of
  Encinal, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northwestern Duval and east central Webb Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
