  12.3 feet by this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage 
  by tonight.
* At 13.0 feet...Banks begin overflowing in Willoughby and Daniels 
  Park. Flooding is possible along the northern section of Trailard, 
  Milann, and Chagrin Drives in Willoughby Hills.

* At 11.0 feet...Floodwaters will begin to affect areas along the 
  Cuyahoga River in Cuyahoga Falls and in Munroe Falls near Kennedy

  The river will fall below flood stage late tonight.
* At 18.5 feet...Extensive flooding occurs along Gleeson, Charles, 
  Frances, and Stone Streets. Canal Road will be flooded in portions 
  of Valley View. Many roads may become impassable.
* At 17.0 feet...Water reaches Murray and Fosdick Roads in Valley 
  View. Portions of Exchange Road, Wall Street, and Cloverleaf Road 
  inundated.

  the French Creek At Meadville
* Until further notice.
* At  4:15 PM Thursday the stage was 13.7 feet. 
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and rise to near 
  15.5 feet by Friday afternoon.
* At 16.0 feet...100 year flood level. Significant flooding in 
  western Meadville. Lincoln and Columbia Avenues between Rogers 
  Ferry and Race Streets inundated. Mead Avenue and Bicentennial Park
  are flooded. French Creek Parkway and U.S. 322 are severely 
  impacted on the south side of town.
* At 15.0 feet...Floodwaters reach Columbia Avenue, Race Street, and 
  Rogers Ferry Road. Residents of Asbury East and West Mobile Home 
  Parks are impacted. Bicentennial Park near Mead Street is flooded. 
  Water may impact traffic at the U.S. 322 bypass near Park Avenue.
