  Northeastern Geauga County in northeastern Ohio...
  Southwestern Ashtabula County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 730 PM EDT

* At 429 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is likely.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Montville, Hartsgrove and Thompson. 

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN GEAUGA AND SOUTHWESTERN ASHTABULA COUNTIES... 

Radar estimates indicate that between 3 and 4 inches of rain have 
fallen in northeast Geauga and western Ashtabula counties from 
thunderstorms earlier this afternoon.  There have been spotter 
reports of flooding on roads east of route 528 between routes 166 
and 322.   While no rain was occurring at this time continuing 
runoff could still result in additional flooding. Also, additional 
flooding would be likely if thunderstorms return to the area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Montville, Hartsgrove and Thompson.
