  Southwestern Crawford County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 700 PM EDT

* At 356 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have already fallen. Localized flash flooding is likely.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Meadville, Andover, Linesville, Harmonsburg, Adamsville, Atlantic,
  Cochranton, Cherry Valley, Conneaut Lake, Jamestown, Blooming
  Valley, Geneva and Hartstown.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN ASHTABULA AND SOUTHWESTERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES...


Radar estimates indicate that between 3 and 4 inches of rain have 
fallen in southeast Ashtabula and southern Crawford counties from 
thunderstorms earlier this afternoon.  There have been public 
reports of flooding along route 322 in southeast Ashtabula County as 
well as further east in southern Crawford County. While no rain was 
occurring at this time continuing runoff could still result in 
additional flooding. Also, additional flooding would be likely if 
thunderstorms return to the area. 

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Andover, Linesville, Harmonsburg, Adamsville, Atlantic, Cochranton, 
Cherry Valley, Conneaut Lake, Jamestown, Blooming Valley, Geneva and 
Hartstown.
