The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and have exited the warned area. Therefore the warning will 
be allowed to expire.  However frequent lightning is still occurring.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT for
east central Georgia...and central South Carolina.
