* At 832 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  North Augusta, Grovetown, Evans, Augusta, Martinez, Fort Gordon,
  Hephzibah, Harlem, Blythe, Dearing and Keysville.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.
