NORTHEASTERN WYOMING...NORTHERN LIVINGSTON...EASTERN ORLEANS...
MONROE...EASTERN GENESEE AND NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO COUNTIES...

At 550 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Pavilion to near Bloomfield. Movement was
north at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with these 
storms. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and 
may cause localized flooding, especially in the Rochester Metro 
area. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Areas near 
Webster that already saw significant rainfall this evening will be 
more prone to flooding.

Locations impacted include...
Rochester, Greece, Irondequoit, Chili, Brockport, East Rochester,
Hilton, Webster, Fairport and Brighton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 390 between exits 9 and 12.
 Interstate 90 between exits 47 and 44.
