At 155 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles northeast of Herrings, or 12 miles east of Fort Drum, moving northeast at 25 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm. Locations impacted include... Antwerp, Harrisville, Lake Bonaparte, Natural Bridge and Diana Center. Occasional cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
