  South central Jefferson County in central New York...
  Northern Oswego County in central New York...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 427 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Oswego,
  moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to trees and power lines. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Oswego, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Pulaski, Selkirk Shores
  State Park, Nine Mile Point, Southwick Beach State Park, Mexico
  Point State Park and Scriba.
