  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain 
  have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Roma, Escobares, Hebbronville, Agua Nueva, El Sauz, Viboras, New
  Falcon, Randado, South Fork Estates and Garceno.
