heavy rain across the warned area. Two to four inches of rain
have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Zapata, Lopeno, Bustamante, Medina, Zapata High School, Zapata
County Fire Department, Escobas, Zapata Middle School, Siesta
Shores and Zapata County Public Library.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
