The greatest risk for this will occur near the south coast, where localized rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will be possible. * Uncertainty: It remains uncertain if the heavy rainfall and localized urban flash flood threat will reach Rhode Island/Southeast MA or stay south of our region.
