At 324 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain over the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to continue.

At 315 AM EDT the North Branch of the Park River in Hartford reached 
minor flood stage.  Minor flooding surrounding the river can be 
expected.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Springfield, Hartford, New Britain, West Hartford, Westfield,
Holyoke, Amherst, Glastonbury, Newington, Windsor, Northampton,
Agawam, West Springfield and Wethersfield.
