* At 928 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated torrential rain will work 
  northward from southern Connecticut into northern Connecticut and 
  southwest Massachusetts. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Hartford, New Britain, West Hartford, Meriden,
  Bristol, Manchester, Chicopee, East Hartford, Enfield, Southington,
  Westfield, Holyoke, Amherst, Glastonbury, Newington, Windsor,
  Northampton, Agawam and West Springfield.
