  Northwestern Donley County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 330 AM CDT
    
* At 307 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 8 miles southwest of Goodnight, or 12 miles south of
  Claude, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 310 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles southwest of Goodnight, or 12 miles southeast of
Claude, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.
