A strong front over the western and southern Gulf will move to the
northern Gulf Coast this evening, then stall and move inland 
overnight. The associated 967 mb north Pacific low will move to
53N 158W at 975 mb tonight, then weaken to 990 mb Mon night as it
retreats southward into the North Pacific.
