* AT 254 PM PST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 24 MILES WEST OF FORT IRWIN...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF
  NORTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY.
