  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CALIFORNIA CITY...OR 34
  MILES NORTH OF LAKE LOS ANGELES...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT US-395 BEFORE MOVING OVER
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY.
